| GLORIA CAPPELLINI Gloria Cappellini is a multi-faceted recruiter with a comprehensive knowledge of Merchandising, Product Development, Design, Production, Sourcing, Human Resources and Operations. Her recruitment expertise stems from a key leadership role in Human Resources at Dayton Hudson, combined with accomplishments in a major global executive search firm. Prior to launching C&G, Ms. Cappellini was an integral member of the recruitment team at TMP Worldwide Executive Search, a full service firm. She established the New York Lemming/LeVan Office, which later merged with other leading search firms to form TMP Worldwide. Gloria has incorporated the sophisticated strategies of a global recruiter, providing the personal attention of a boutique firm. For the past 20 years she has been a specialist in Senior and mid-level positions within both the retail and wholesale sectors. Gloria is relentless and known for her savvy researching capabilities; she uncovers and identifies talent, always keeping in mind the cultural fit for both the client and candidate. Her success in identifying the “right” candidate has been proven in the longevity/retention rate of the candidates she has placed. Gloria has a clear understanding of the retail and fashion business and works to build partnerships with each client and candidate she meets. She has an eye for detail, takes a highly personalized approach to every search, identifies and attracts superior candidates, and is known for her professionalism, honesty and outstanding results. Gloria earned a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising from Kent State University and is a member of the Fashion Group International.
